Return & Exchange Process

At Forever Bloom & Co., we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive damaged product, please provide photos or videos of the damage flowers along with the original receipt or proof of purchase within 7 days of arrival. Remember to include all accessories, such as the black gift box, in your return.

We will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note that any sales products are not eligible for return.
